    To earn rewards, tasks must be completed successfully. If a task is not completed or undone after completion, or if instructions are not properly followed, no reward coins will be granted for that task.

  3. Account Suspension for Fraudulent Activities
    Frequent incorrect or unfaithful attempts at task completion may lead to the suspension of your account. PaisaFone reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activities.

  4. Good Faith Usage
    PaisaFone operates on the principle of mutual trust and good faith. We expect all users to follow the instructions accurately and perform tasks honestly to earn rewards.

  5. Earnings Based on Activity
    Earnings will vary depending on the user’s activity and task completion. PaisaFone does not guarantee a specific amount of earnings and reserves the right to modify or update tasks and rewards.

  6. No Quick-Rich Promises
    PaisaFone is not a “get rich quick” platform. Users should not expect instant or guaranteed financial gains. Earnings depend on individual effort and activity.

  7. Changes to Terms
    PaisaFone reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically to stay informed of any changes.

  8. Refund Policy
    If you do not meet the required task criteria, you may request a refund or free membership renewal as outlined in the FAQs. Refunds are subject to review and approval based on activity.

  9. Use of the App
    By using PaisaFone, you agree to adhere to all the terms and conditions stated here. Violating these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

  10. Data Privacy and Security
    PaisaFone is committed to protecting your privacy. User data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and any personal information provided will be kept secure.

  11. Sharing of User Data
    PaisaFone may share user data with trusted partners for the purpose of displaying personalized ads and offering other relevant activities. This may be similar to practices used by other ad networks. By using the app, you consent to this data-sharing arrangement as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  12. Reward Coins and Cashback
    1000 reward coins are equivalent to 100 INR. Rewards coins and cashback are shared based on your activity and membership plan. PaisaFone shares up to 80% of the earnings received from our partners, depending on your membership level.

  13. Minimum Redemption and Withdrawal
    The minimum redeemable amount is 1000 reward coins (equivalent to 100 INR). Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours.

  14. UPI and Bank Transfer Requirements
    Rewards redeem For UPI or bank transfers, the mobile number and name associated with your PaisaFone account must match the details provided for the transaction.

  15. Compliance with Indian Rewards App Laws
    PaisaFone complies with all applicable Indian laws related to reward-based apps and services. We do not promote or condone any illegal or unethical activity. Users must ensure their activities within the app are in accordance with Indian laws, including the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and other relevant regulations.

  16. Age Requirement
    Users must be 18 years or older to participate in PaisaFone. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the platform.

  17. Taxes and Liabilities
    All earnings from the app, including rewards, cashback, and gift cards, are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian law. Users are responsible for complying with local tax regulations.
